A thoughtful series of soul snacks, only 10 mins, for you to aim to do in 30 days. A blend of our signature Tide Method, meditation, breath work, Yohga Nidra, Yin yoga, Self myofacial release and stretching.
Once you have bought the series you may come back to it as often as you like for a re-connection to yourself.
Sessions are lead by Daisy, Anneke and Rowan, all qualified teachers in their areas.
