At Tide Wellness we don't believe in resolutions, regimes or punishing schedules. But we do believe in indulging in wellness rituals that enhance our day-to-day.

Even the smallest wellness rituals can make a HUGE difference to I've been experimenting, and I've found a few gems that even I can squeeze into my busy days. Maybe they'll work for you too!

My Matcha Moment

Seriously, this is a game-changer. I've tried a bunch of matcha brands, but the one from Ancient & Brave? Chef's kiss. It's smooth, it's delicious, and it gives me that gentle boost I need without the jitters. It's like a mini-meditation before the chaos begins – and it tastes amazing. I have been getting up a little earlier than the rest of my household and using using my matcha moment for a few seconds of meditation and intention setting for the day ahead.

My Circulation Kick Start

My skin has been supper dry this winter, and I found that jumping out a hot shower and throwing on my clothes was leading to sensitive, irritated skin. So my next little ritual centres on my favourite body oil from Naturium. I take a moment post shower each morning to apply the oil and my skin soaks it right up. Then, I use a jade comb for a quick body massage. It sounds fancy, but it takes a few minutes and I believe its helping stimulate my lymphatic system and giving my circulation a proper kick start!

Evening Journaling

At the other end of the day rituals can seem a bit more of a chore as I just want to collapse in bed. But this one is. crucial for me because otherwise, my brain just keeps buzzing.I started journaling last summer and it's been surprisingly helpful. I use The Five Minute Journal from Intelligent Change – it's structured in a way that makes reflection super easy, even when I'm exhausted. It helps me process the day, focus on the good stuff, and actually relax before bed.
